From CS10.1SP1 and Prime/CANVAS Firmware 17:20, the same OCS device can be added in different OCS360 tenant admin accounts. The device will be ACTIVE in any of the accounts. The user must provide the account ID associated with the account in the program downloaded to the OCS device.
- In OCS360, the account ID is available under Account > Profile section.

- In the Cscape OCS360 configuration dialog, the user must provide the account ID of the tenant account to which device should be connected. The user can manually enter the account ID, or if the user is logged into Cscape then click on “Get Account ID from server” to fetch the account ID. Confirm that the user logged into Cscape has a valid OCS360 account (a valid OCS360 account is required), and Internet connectivity is functional to fetch the account ID, otherwise there will be an error.

- The Account ID option is not supported in Cscape versions older than CS10.1SP1 and Prime/CANVAS Firmware older than 17:20. For user using older Cscape and Firmware versions, the OCS device still connects to the platform without any issues if the device is added only under any one tenant account.
- In case, if the device is added under multiple accounts and the device is running with Firmware version older than 17:20, then device will get connected to the account in which it was connected lastly. To change the device connectivity to other account, clear the certificates in the device by making high %SR362.4 and power cycle the device.
- In OCS360, the account ID is available under Account > Profile section.

Support for Third-Party Device in OCS360 Platform
The OCS360 platform supports adding third-party devices other than OCS controllers to the platform. Currently, third-party devices can be added by providing the unique IMEI number available in the device.
The third party device must be capable enough to fetch the certificates from OCS360 platform and topics to publish or subscribe telemetry data should support as per the OCS360 platform standards.
