Tenant Admin Creation and Configuration

 

Create Tenant Admins

The tenant administrator can add up to 5 users with the tenant admin role . The tenant admin user has all the same privileges as the tenant administrator except managing the subscription, such as upgrading the plans, updating payment details, etc. The tenant admin user cannot add a tenant admin to their own account.

 

To Add a Tenant Admin User:

  1. From the side menu, select Admin.

  2. Select the Add symbol. This will open the Add admin dialog box.

  3. Provide a current, valid Email, First and Last name for the tenant admin user being added.

  4. Click Add. An activation email will be sent to the email entered for the tenant user being added.
    The tenant user being added must click the link and create a password for the account.

 

To Delete a Tenant Admin User:

The tenant administrator can delete a tenant admin user at any time using the options available in the tenant admin user details page.

  • Deleting the user account will permanently delete the tenant admin user account.
